Teheran, Apr 3 (Prensa Latina) - Experts of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will carry out a routine inspection at Iran´s nuclear plants next week, Iranian representative at the UN nuclear watchdog, Ali Asgar Aoltaniyeh, confirmed Monday.

The experts will visit various nuclear plants, specially the one in Natanz. According to the official, the announced inspections are stipulated by the clauses of the Non-Nuclear Proliferation Treaty.

"Despite the resolution issued in March, the Islamic Republic of Iran has not suspended its cooperation with the agency and the experts have carried out their regular visits to the country," the ambassador asserted and assured his government would maintain the commitments with that international organization.

After three weeks of negotiations among the five permanent members of the Security Council (the US, Great Britain, France, Russia and China), it endorsed last month a presidential non-binding declaration demanding Iran to suspend nuclear activities, including Uranium enrichment.
