Actualité - DPRK Announces Nuclear Test

Pyongyang, Oct 3 (Prensa Latina) - The Democratic People s Republic of Korea announced Tuesday it will hold a nuclear test with full guarantee of security, to act as a deterrent to an aggression.

The Korean foreign ministry said in a declaration today the country s decision to carry out the nuclear test responds to US threats of a nuclear war, as well as sanctions and pressures.

The country considers it an essential step to reinforce measures designed to act as a deterrent, when faced with serious US threats against its sovereignty and right to survival.
