La lutte contre la désinformation exige de notre époque la lutte pour bâtir une presse vivante et nouvelle créant des liens différents avec son lectorat. Récemment, différentes forces politiques au Québec et au Canada se sont mises en action pour semer la guerre civile, créer la division et la confusion. Les attaques contre les minorités nationales, la création des conditions d'un État fasciste et les attaques contre le peuple ont marqué les dernières semaines, pourtant très peu d'organes de presse ont reconnu la nécessité de mener la lutte contre la destruction de l'opinion et les tentatives de désorienter les peuples pour créer les conditions d'un État fasciste au Canada et l'intensification du pillage et du banditisme impérialiste à travers le monde. Une presse de résistance est nécessaire. Tous peuvent se joindre et s'avancer dans le travail contre la désinformation en 2007.
