The Coordinadora Nacional de Lucha contra el TLC said the protest begins with a march towards the residence of US Ambassador James Curtis.
The group´s President Antolin Huascar announced the protest last week after leading a march with 2,000 people towards Congress. He said the case will be also taken to Court to declare its confirmation illegal.
In addition to Lima and Cusco there will be also marches at cities in south and central Peru, the most backward regions in the country.
The decision to declare illegal the confirmation of the FTAA, signed April 12 in Washington, will be joined by legislators.
