Mexico, Jul 9 (Prensa Latina) - The opposition election coalition "Por el bien de todos" will challenge the results of Mexico´s July 2 presidential elections on Sunday, as it considers that they were manipulated and fraudulent.

The demand to the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) will be filed at District Council XV, in this capital, according to a brief communiqué from Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador´s campaign house.

Lopez Obrador himself, the presidential candidate for the coalition, said on Thursday that he would challenge the district vote counting, according to which the official candidate, Felipe Calderon, was the winner by a narrow margin, a decision that he considered unacceptable.

There were too many irregularities and inconsistencies in both the process and the way the election results were released, so we cannot accept them, he said at a press conference on Thursday.
