Actualité - UN Checks Israel-Palestine Damage

United Nations, May 11 (Prensa Latina) Three UN international experts will assess from next week damage in Palestinian occupied territory after Israel built the segregation wall in the West Bank.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon assigned Harumi Hori (Japan), Matti Paavo Pellonpaa (Finnish) and Michael F. Raboin (US) to the damage control task following a General Assembly resolution.

Spokeswoman Michele Montas said the experts will work at the UN Register of Damage Office in Vienna, in charge of damage control and policy making and determine what claims to register.
